Every part of loving &amp; caring for a chronically ill cat is worth it, and I would choose Samira over &amp; over again knowing all her health conditions that I know now!! This lil kitty gives back tenfold in personality &amp; affection.

<div>However, <strong>vet bills &amp; medication costs are increasingly difficult to cover in this economy.</strong> My lil squeaky beeb has been struggling with allergies that keep her scratching her skin open (hence the flower "cone"), &amp; those meds have been covered this month by a dear friend, thankfully! But currently, she needs a dental procedure done ASAP. <strong>Her gums are swollen, red, &amp; inflamed, her breath smells rotten, her sad yowling utterly breaks my heart, &amp; she's always pawing &amp; rubbing at her face near her molars in pain &amp; discomfort.</strong> I can't stand to see my baby Samira suffering, &amp; I worry that leaving it too much longer without treatment will result in worse consequences &amp; higher bills! I am talking to several low-cost &amp; non-profit vets around my city, which definitely helps! But there are no places that can do it for free.

<div>With the LA Pet Clinic, I am looking at an estimate of a little over $600 for Samira's exams, x-rays, anesthesia, the procedure itself, &amp; follow-up medication. Which, all things considered, is a good price! I don't have that money to spare though. If you can contribute anything, even $1, I will be so, so grateful. And even though Samira might not understand the concept of money, her relief will be real. &lt;3
