<div>I'm reopening my GoFundMe after an unfortunate accident left me with torn ligaments and bone fragments in my foot.
</div>
<div>I truly hoped I'd be fully back to work by now, but my foot needs more time. I'm taking appointments when my body allows, but after only a few haircuts, the pain and swelling become too much and I have to stop.
</div>
<div>Right now, my goal is simply to get one month ahead on my $800 suite rent while I heal and gradually catch back up on appointments. Having that breathing room would allow me to stop forcing my body past what it can handle just to keep Little Roots open.
</div>
<div>Little Roots means so much to the children who need extra time, patience, movement, breaks, and sensory support during a haircut. I don't want this injury to take their safe space away.
</div>
