<div><strong>Help Bring Drifters to the TIFF Industry Market</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every film begins with someone willing to believe in it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Drifters is an original sci-fi thriller written by independent filmmaker David Mills. After months of developing the story, we are now ready to take the next step: creating a professional proof-of-concept trailer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We're asking for your help to make that happen.

<div><strong>About Drifters</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When his father disappears under mysterious circumstances, teenager Cody discovers a hidden device that allows him to drift between layers of reality. What begins as an extraordinary adventure with his best friend soon becomes a fight for survival as they uncover a secret linked to covert military experiments, dangerous operatives, and the truth about Cody's father.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Drifters is a grounded, character-driven sci-fi thriller blending suspense, mystery and heart. At its core, it's a story about family, friendship and courage wrapped inside an exciting, contemporary science-fiction adventure.

<div><strong>Why We're Raising Funds</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Rather than waiting for opportunities to come to us, we've decided to create them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This September, we hope to bring David to Toronto to film a professionally produced two-minute proof-of-concept trailer and attend the TIFF Industry Market, where independent filmmakers connect with producers, financiers and distributors from around the world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A strong trailer allows industry professionals to experience the tone, style and visual world of a film long before the feature is made. It's one of the most effective ways to move a project from development toward production.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How Your Support Will Help</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our goal is to raise <strong>£2,000</strong> to cover:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>• David's travel to Toronto
</div>
<div>• Accommodation and local transportation
</div>
<div>• Production costs for the trailer
</div>
<div>• TIFF Industry Market attendance
</div>
<div>• Essential filming expenses and equipment
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution—large or small—helps move Drifters one step closer to becoming a feature film.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why This Matters</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Independent films rarely happen because one person has all the answers or all the funding.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They happen because people believe in a story early.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support won't simply fund a trip—it will help transform a screenplay into something audiences, producers and investors can finally see.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For independent filmmakers, opportunities like TIFF can change the course of a project.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Follow the Journey</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We'll share updates throughout production, behind-the-scenes photographs, progress on the trailer, and news from TIFF so everyone who supports the campaign can follow Drifters as it develops.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank You
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whether you're able to contribute financially or simply share this campaign with others, thank you for believing in independent filmmaking.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We hope you'll join us as Drifters takes its first step toward the big screen.
