<div>On 9th August, I’ll be swimming 1.8 miles (yes… 1.8 miles! ) from Sandown Pier to Shanklin Pier in the Isle of Wight’s Pier to Pier sea swim.

<div>It’s a big challenge for me — exciting and a bit terrifying — but I’m doing it for someone very special: Micah

<div>Micah lives with daily physical challenges, yet approaches life with incredible strength, determination, positivity, and grace. He inspires me every single day.

<div>To help keep me going and make sure I don’t back out, I asked Micah to choose a charity close to his heart — and without hesitation, he said:
