<div><b>Unfortunately he had flooding issues in April and had contacted the insurance company right away. <span style="font-family:'-apple-system-body';">The insurance company told him they would send someone out to look it over the following week… fast forward to august when they finally showed up </span><span style="font-family:'-apple-system-body';">mold had then began growing and infected the entire basement. He has contacted a restoration company to assess the cost of cleaning it up with a shocking bill coming out just under $50,000 for it to be considered safe enough to live in. With the insurance company not willing to help him cover this bill due to the circumstances of this being a sump pump issue they will only cover a very small portion of the restoration bill. Unfortunately they won’t even start working on his home until he has 50% of the cost upfront which is why we have started this page in hopes to help him financially as he has no way to pay the remaining balance.</span></b>

As you can imagine it makes it that much harder to afford a high and unavoidable bill like this one. </span></b>
