<div>My back story is that my son's dad was murdered

<div>when my son was 4. I didn’t want to start the foundation until he was able to fully understand what giving back meant the same way the community gave back to us.

<div>No matter how hard things were, I made sure his birthday was the best day and it always, momentarily, put a smile on our faces. I am also accepting non- monetary donations from cloth napkins, tablecloths, chairs etc.
