<div>A Heartfelt Plea from a Mum and Dad Climbing for Love, Loss, and Hope…
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On October 15th, Steve and I will be climbing Mount Snowdon.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Not for fun. Not for fitness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But for our daughter Leoni, who was born sleeping seven years ago on that very day.
</div>
<div>And for our son Leon, who is autistic, non-verbal, and shows us strength in the quietest of ways every single day.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are doing this in memory of the daughter we never got to take home, and in honour of the son who teaches us what love really means.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are raising money for two causes that are woven into the fabric of our lives:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>️ The Blossom Suite at Broomfield Hospital – where we held Leoni for the first and last time. They gave us time, care, and dignity when our world fell apart.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Chatten Free School – where Leon is understood, supported, and celebrated. They go above and beyond in ways we never imagined a school could.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ll be honest… I hate walking. I avoid it at all costs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But this mountain? We need to climb it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Because it’s the only way we know how to honour our children – both the one we hold in our arms, and the one we hold in our hearts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The path we’re taking, the Pyg and Miners’ Tracks, is tough. It’ll take most people 6–8 hours. It’ll take us longer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But every step, every ache, every breathless moment will be for Leoni, for Leon, and for families like ours.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can, please donate.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Whatever you give will go directly to helping families facing the unimaginable, and children like Leon who just need the right support to thrive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We’re not just climbing a mountain. We’re climbing for love, for loss, for hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,
</div>
<div>Helen &amp; Steve Rowe
