<div>After 15 years working in the rum community, I’m taking a big leap and venturing out on my own. I’ve been incredibly lucky to work with some of the best spirits on the planet, travel to wonderful places, and meet amazing people and communities around the world. Now, I’m not going far. I’m returning to my hospitality roots and opening my own food and beverage concept. This next chapter is deeply personal to me, and I’m excited to build a space that reflects everything I’ve learned along the way.

<div> To make that happen, I need help with the investment it takes to bring the space to life. Funds from this GoFundMe will go toward light construction to reconfigure the space, refrigeration equipment, a walk-in fridge, and creating an outdoor patio secret garden. These updates will help me turn my vision into a welcoming place where people can gather, connect, and enjoy something memorable together.

<div>Step in to recharge with a vibrant cold-pressed juice or a functional smoothie. Settle into a table with a friend over our nourishing daytime menu, or stop by between errands for a quiet cup of really good coffee or artisanal tea. Whether you are looking for an unhurried corner of solitude or an easy place to gather with neighbors, Cazimi is rooted in wholesome food, revitalizing beverages, and genuine hospitality.

<div> If I’ve ever poured you a dram of something unforgettable or inspired you to think differently about spirits, I hope you’ll consider supporting me in this new adventure. Even a small contribution to my virtual tip jar would mean so much. Thank you for believing in me, cheering me on, and helping me take this next step.
