<div>Pay levels have now gotten so bad that staff are struggling to afford the essentials of life (food, rent and heating), all while the CEO and key management personnel make massive amounts that increase every year.

<div>We do the work to discover cancer drugs that end up in clinics and makes a real difference to patients. 50% of people will recieve a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime - this affects all of us.
