(English version below)

Hola,

Tu donación ayudará a pagar:

Urgent Hip Surgery Needed

My name is Blas Antonio Regnault Marcano, and I’m raising funds for my mother, Zelaida Trinidad Marcano, a strong and loving 84-year-old woman who urgently needs a second hip surgery.

In January this year, she suffered a serious fall in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela, and broke her femur. After an emergency surgery, she fought bravely to recover — going from being bedridden to walking with a cane after eight months of effort and pain.

Sadly, on 21 September, everything changed. She suddenly felt a loud click in her hip, followed by unbearable pain. X-rays show that the metal implant from her first operation has failed, leaving her unable to walk and in constant pain.

Three specialists now recommend a total hip replacement with a hybrid prosthesis. But in Venezuela’s ongoing economic and healthcare crisis, the cost of surgery must be paid privately and in advance.

My sisters and I spent all our savings on the first operation. Now we are asking for your help to raise USD $ 11,000 to cover the most urgent costs.

Your donation will help pay for:

Hospitalisation and surgical room fees

Medical team costs

The new hybrid hip prosthesis

Medicines and rehabilitation care

All payments will be made directly to hospitals and suppliers, and every expense will be supported by official invoices.

Your support will give Zelaida Trinidad the chance to walk again — and live free from pain.

On behalf of Zelaida, her children, and grandchildren, I sincerely thank you for your donation. We are all hoping for Zelaida Trinidad’s speedy recovery.

Every donation, big or small, will make a difference for us!

THANK YOU!
