<div>I know I don’t need to summarize the contributions Denver has made to our Fraternity over the last 60+ years, but I think we can all agree that the house would not be standing today if not for him, and I know we can all agree that no matter how effective all of his efforts have been, they have come from the right place, a genuine admiration and love for 835 Evans Ave.

<div>What most of you don’t know is that Denver has been quietly yet actively fighting cancer for well over a decade, which as a result has depleted nearly all of his financial resources. He is currently facing eviction from his apartment as his social security (only source of income) doesn’t even cover half of his monthly rent. As he enters his mid 80’s and on to his golden years, I would love nothing more than to present him with a gift from the Alumni of Nevada Alpha to properly thank him for all he has done and allow him to enjoy with a little more ease, the time he has left.
