<div>This Movember, on November 30th, my friends Charlie, Sean, Jackson, Aedan, Kyle, Drew, Coen, Reese, and I are running a full marathon around Elk Lake in Victoria to raise awareness for men’s mental health and support the initiatives that Movember funds.

<div>Men’s mental health is something that often goes unspoken, not because guys don’t struggle, but because there’s still a stigma around opening up. Too often, men feel pressure to stay silent, “tough it out,” or deal with things alone. Movember is helping to change that by funding programs that encourage conversation, connection, and support, reminding men that it’s okay to talk, to feel, and to ask for help.
