<div>Hi, my name is Sharon, and I never imagined I’d be here , writing these words, trying to find my way through the unthinkable. Recently I lost my son to an accidental gun death.

<div>There are no words that can capture that kind of pain. Some days, even breathing feels heavy.

<div>Writing became the only thing that helped me survive the silence. Through tears and sleepless nights, I began to pour into back trying to write like I used to, something that’s helped me face each day when I didn’t think I could.

<div>I haven’t been able to return to work yet. Grief has a way of pausing everything , your body, your mind, your world. This month, I’m struggling to make my rent of $1,300. It’s not easy for me to share that. But I also know that sometimes, healing means allowing others to help you stand when you can’t stand alone.
