For over 5 years, DBI Widows &amp; Orphan Empowerment Initiative (DBI WOE) &amp; House of Comfort (HOC) has stood as a beacon of hope, providing food, clothing, hygiene kits, and educational support to women and children who have been left vulnerable by circumstances beyond their control.
