<div>My father, Sebastian, was recently detained by ICE at his USCIS interview and after getting told that his petition was approved,  ICE detained him. We are devastated and terrified. My father is a kind, hard-working, and loving man who has spent 26 years building a life here, supporting his family,  and giving back in every way he could.

<div>His sudden detention has left our family in shock. We are doing everything we can to fight for his release and ensure he receives a fair hearing, but the legal process is incredibly expensive and urgent. My father has no criminal record and has worked long and hard to get to get his petition approved.
