<div> It has been an incredibly heavy and draining journey for our family, but we finally have a glimmer of hope to share. After all this time away from us, and after so many setbacks and heartbreaks, Felipe has finally been approved for a bond.
To be honest, this process has been exhausting. Between court dates being changed at the last minute and the "hell" of trying to get any clear communication, we’ve felt lost more times than we can count. The legal path has been long and difficult, and having him separated from us during this time has been the hardest thing we’ve ever endured.
We are so close to having him back with us, but we need help to clear this final hurdle. The bond is set at $5,000. Between the mounting lawyer fees and the ongoing costs of this legal battle, we are reaching out to our community to help us raise the funds needed to secure his release. This bond is the only thing standing between Felipe and his family right now.
