Brian Lee passed away on August 12, 2021, after years of suffering from a traumatic brain injury. The injury happened in 2005 during the swim portion of a triathlon - his heart stopped in the water. The damage to his body was severe, but his determination and perseverance to recover were awe-inspiring. To keep his spirit and energy alive for years to come (long after I’m gone), I would like to start an endowment for Brian. This endowment will create an annual scholarship awarded to a wrestler attending the University of Saskatchewan. This is the college that Brian attended and was part of the Huskie wrestling team. The minimum to start the endowment is $30,000. This amount will award a wrestling student an annual scholarship of $1,000. Of course, the more we raise, the more the annual scholarship.
