With that said the place was reappraised at close to 4 times the original purchase price and now they are having us move so they can profit from the work done.

<div>More information about Birds of a Feather Rescue: Nonprofit Exotic Bird Rescue. We rescue abused, mistreated, and abandoned birds rehabilitate them and find them loving homes. Some are registered with the service animal registry and visit hospitals, nursing homes, and schools. We also do summer camps for children for the local Animal Shelters and the Salvation Army.  We have booths at Earth Day, Day on the Green and at The Blessing of the Animals at St. Francis Winery.  We try to educate people before buying a bird so they understand the commitment, expense, and longevity of these birds. Too many do not receive the love and proper care needed. Veterinary care is costly and so is feed these days. We are trying to get funds to build enclosures.
