<div>After dropping out of school at the age of 14 to care for her siblings after her mother fell into alcoholism, she has been working tirelessly for years, not for herself but to support her family and keep a roof over their heads. Recently, she discovered that the rent money she had contributed had not been paid and now <strong>she is facing eviction.</strong> Her mother is now critically ill and on a heart monitor vest, and she still continues to carry the emotional and financial responsibility of the household while trying to find food and stability for her siblings. We just got her enrolled in college and she is working full-time and overtime when she can get it.
