<div>Recently, John underwent emergency open-heart surgery after suffering a life-threatening aortic dissection—a sudden and terrifying medical emergency that required immediate intervention to save his life. We are incredibly grateful that he survived, but his journey to recovery will be long and demanding. John faces months of therapy and rehabilitation, and the medical expenses related to this life-saving surgery are expected to reach six figures.

<div>John is a devoted single father raising two teenage sons who depend on him for their care, stability, and support. For years, John has worked multiple jobs to provide for his family. Unfortunately, at the time of this medical emergency, John did not have health insurance through his employers. He is currently working with AHCCCS to gain coverage retroactively, but we do not have all insurance coverage questions  answered yet.

<div>As John focuses on healing, he is unable to work, making everyday living expenses and medical costs especially difficult to manage.
