</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Como hija, estoy completamente destrozada.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>De corazón, gracias.
</div>

<div>Hello everyone, my name is Lina.
</div>
<div>Today I want to share a very difficult situation my family and I are going through. My mom, Rosmary Carvajal, is dealing with serious health issues that changed our lives from one day to the next.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My mom has had rheumatoid arthritis for the past 8 years, a condition that has worsened in recent months. In May of this year, she suddenly stopped walking. At first, we thought it was part of her arthritis. She was hospitalized for more than a week, and the only initial explanation was that she was having issues with her sciatic nerve.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>However, her condition continued to worsen. We returned to the hospital, and after more tests, we were told that my mom also had diabetes, high blood pressure, and blood clots in her legs, chest, and lungs. All of this has severely affected her health. My mom, a hardworking and active woman, is now unable to move on her own, lost her job, and depends entirely on us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After many hospital visits, they finally discovered that she has two herniated discs that need to be operated on urgently this December 4th. The surgery carries a high risk, especially because the blood clots have affected her heart function. After the operation, she will need several medical treatments and therapies that will be very costly.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Additionally, my mom had to stop taking prednisone, a vital medication for her, because it must be out of her system before the surgery. Without this medication, her pain is much stronger, and her mobility is almost nonexistent.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As her daughter, I am completely devastated. I work, take care of my mom, and do everything I can to handle this situation, but the medical expenses have become extremely difficult to manage on my own.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That is why today, with all my heart, I am asking for help, even the smallest amount. Any contribution will be a tremendous support for her care, medications, and the needs that will come after the surgery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you truly for reading, for your support, and for being here. This has been one of the hardest decisions of my life, but I’m doing it because I am exhausted and have no other option.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
</div>
