</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />

</div>
<div>¿QUIÉN SOY?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hola, soy Camilo Gordillo, colombiano viviendo en Portugal. Trabajo en fotografía, vídeo, documentales, publicidad, teatro y proyectos culturales.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Me gusta aprender, crear y colaborar con otras personas. Donde me inviten a aportar, aprender o hacer algo interesante, ahí estaré.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿QUÉ OCURRIÓ?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿POR QUÉ NECESITO AYUDA?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿POR QUÉ CREÉ ESTA CAMPAÑA?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Esto me animó a pedir ayuda, algo que no me resulta fácil.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>UN POCO SOBRE MI VIDA
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>MI TRABAJO Y MIS PROYECTOS
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Actualmente trabajo en This Is Lisbon Hostel, donde me verán haciendo de todo: bailando, nadando, en bici, tomando fotos, grabando vídeos o tomando una cerveza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿CUÁL ES MI OBJETIVO?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>¿CÓMO PUEDES AYUDAR?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Puedes:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hacer una donación.
</div>
<div>Compartir esta campaña.
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Muchas gracias, hermanos y hermanas.

<div>I feel a little embarrassed asking for help, but today I really need it. ❤️
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>During an event, an accident damaged one of my camera lenses. I am not looking to blame anyone, just trying to find a way to repair or replace it so I can keep working.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The idea of starting this campaign came from the Mexican ambassador in Portugal, who also kindly offered to share it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I keep doing my best for everyone, supporting events, creating projects, and giving it my all with the best energy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can help, share the campaign, or simply send good energy, I would be truly grateful.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I invite you to read my story and, if you can, support or share this campaign. I am trying to recover an essential tool for my creative work. Any help means a lot to me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>WHO AM I?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello, my name is Camilo Gordillo. I am Colombian and currently living in Portugal. I work in photography, video, documentaries, advertising, theatre, and cultural projects.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I enjoy learning, creating, and collaborating with others. Wherever I am invited to contribute, learn, or do something interesting, I will be there.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>WHAT HAPPENED?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, I participated in the celebration of the 216th anniversary of Mexico’s Independence in Portugal, together with the Embassy of Mexico and Ritmos Cholulteka.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>During the event, an accident occurred: someone tripped and hit one of my camera lenses from underneath. The lens fell out of its case and suffered damage to its internal optical elements, which are now clearly visible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>WHY DO I NEED HELP?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I did not lose all of my equipment, but this lens is important for certain photography and video jobs.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>According to the purchase invoice, the lens had a total cost of 5,907,964 Colombian pesos. Using an approximate exchange rate of €1 = 3,980 COP, this is equivalent to around €1,484.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am also still paying for part of this equipment, as I had to borrow money to purchase it. Therefore, repairing or replacing it represents a significant financial challenge for me right now.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>WHY DID I CREATE THIS CAMPAIGN?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When I told the Mexican ambassador in Portugal what had happened, he generously suggested that I create this campaign and offered to share it with people in his network.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This encouraged me to ask for help, which is not always easy for me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A LITTLE ABOUT MY LIFE
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a migrant in Portugal, I am trying to build my life, achieve financial stability, and strengthen my community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I do not always have the resources to travel to Colombia or be close to my family. I also face health difficulties due to a chronic illness that significantly affects my health and mobility.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Even so, I continue looking for ways to work, learn, create, and move forward.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>MY WORK AND PROJECTS
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My work is not limited to photography or filming events. I have been involved in tourism projects, documentaries, social and educational campaigns, advertising, institutional communication, corporate videos, and cultural activities.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I currently work at This Is Lisbon Hostel, where you may see me doing a bit of everything: dancing, swimming, cycling, taking photos, recording videos, or having a beer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I also sell postcards, work with medium-format analogue photography, and run photography workshops.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I would like to keep growing and help create opportunities for others. I know many talented photographers, videographers, designers, musicians, actors, technicians, and artists.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>WHAT IS MY GOAL?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My immediate need is specific: to repair or replace the damaged lens so I can continue working.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If the campaign raises more than the necessary amount, I would also like to better protect my equipment, consider insurance, and continue developing audiovisual and cultural projects.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>HOW CAN YOU HELP?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You can:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Make a donation.
</div>
<div>Share this campaign.
</div>
<div>Send me a private message if you would prefer to make a direct bank transfer. I can share the necessary details with you.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any contribution, regardless of the method, will be received with enormous gratitude.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am not asking anyone to solve my life. I simply need a helping hand to recover an important work tool and continue moving forward with my projects, ideas, and desire to create.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I believe the most honest thing is to explain exactly what happened. Those who know me know that everything I have shared here is true.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you very much, brothers and sisters.
