<div>I find it very difficult to ask for help. Not because of pride, but because I always think I can sort out things myself. Turns out this time I can’t.

<div>Avena has a brain tumour. It is pressing her pituitary gland and growing really fast, which causes confusion, lack of hunger, involuntary eye movements and trouble in her back legs. 
</div>

<div>The best shot we have for her to feel better is to reduce the size of the tumour with radiotherapy. This is a non-invasive method that will give her a good quality of life, instead of quickly deteriorating. 
</div>

</div>
<div>The treatment is very expensive (over 100,000 mxn / £4,000) and it can only be done in Guadalajara. I can’t work remotely, so will have to leave her in a specialised hospital with pension for the 10 sessions she needs. 
</div>

<div>We need to act fast and I haven’t been able to gather all the money that is needed, so I am asking for your help. Every little counts ✨
