<div>Just weeks ago, my mother-in-law and her husband Perry were making plans for a peaceful retirement. They had put their life savings toward paying off their home and had just finished talking about an upcoming road trip—one of many adventures they were looking forward to together. But in a heartbreaking twist of fate, Perry passed away suddenly, only minutes after that conversation.

<div>Perry was a man of deep faith who listened to the Bible on tape every day. He wasn’t perfect, but he tried every day to be a good man. He loved my mother-in-law with all his heart until his very last breath. He loved his dogs, cherished his family, and left this world far too soon.

<div>Perry’s passing has left his wife not only grieving, but also in a financial crisis. She is battling cancer in her shoulder bone and is facing a painful surgery ahead. Due to her illness and emotional devastation, she’s unable to work right now. Her only wish is to give her husband the dignified memorial he deserves.
