<div>I have a full amputation on my left foot and a partial amputation on my right foot since June of 2021.
</div>
<div>I've had 15 surgeries for my limbs.
</div>
<div>I lost my vision in my left eye in November of 2022.
</div>
<div>Four surgeries later, I am Legally Blind in my Left Eye.
</div>
<div>I have Diabetic Neuropathy on my Legs.
</div>
<div>I have multiple medical issues.
</div>
<div>The last time I worked was in August of 2023.
</div>
<div><strong>I'm trying to receive disability from social security.</strong>
</div>
<div>It has been a long process with multiple denials, which I do not fully understand why.
</div>
