<div>My name is Jacquelynn Jones, and I am Addison's mom.

<div>I started this GoFundMe near the end of Addison's treatment in 2025 because we were unable to afford the supplements he continues to need as his body heals from chemotherapy. Depending on our family's needs, donations may also help cover healthy food for our family and the cost of his ongoing Labcorp testing and supplements.
</div>
<div>Although Addison completed treatment in November 2025 and rang the bell in December 2025 (yay!), he continues to see his functional doctor. During treatment, the focus was on supporting his body through chemotherapy and addressing factors that may have contributed to his leukemia. Now the goal is to help his body recover from the effects of prolonged chemotherapy, support his overall health, and help him remain in remission.
</div>
<div>In addition to his doctor's visits, Addison has lab work through Labcorp every 8–12 weeks. He takes supplements every day, and many of them need to be purchased regularly. These supplements are expensive, and for a long time we had to put many of these costs on our credit cards. The funds donated through this GoFundMe have been a tremendous blessing and have helped us avoid relying as heavily on credit cards. We are so grateful for everyone who has supported our family.

<div>The need, however, is still ongoing. It is not easy for me to ask for help because I never want anyone to feel that we are taking advantage of your generosity. I simply want to be honest that Addison's medical expenses continue even though his chemotherapy has ended.
</div>
<div>Before Addison's cancer diagnosis, we had worked hard to pay off our credit cards and were hoping to continue building our credit so that one day we might be able to buy a home. During Addison's treatment, Josh was unemployed for a year, and after he found a job we no longer qualified for Medicaid. Those circumstances, along with Addison's ongoing medical expenses, have created financial challenges for our family. In full transparency, our current debt is the result of these medical and financial hardships, not irresponsible spending.
</div>
<div>If you feel led to support Addison's continued care, we would be deeply grateful. Depending on our family's needs, donations may be used for his supplements, laboratory testing, and healthy food that supports his healing and our family's well-being.
