<div>Adaptive yoga is designed to make yoga accessible to more people. Especially those who have injuries, limitations, disabilities or those who are elderly.

<div>Adaptive yoga combines gentle <strong>movement</strong> , <strong>meditation</strong>, and deep <strong>breathing</strong>.

<div>The efficacy of these interventions to help manage pain and reduce anxiety has been long established.

<div>Our <strong>online</strong> <strong>classes</strong> are taught by expert yoga teachers - all have had over 500 hours yoga teacher training and have been specially trained in adaptive yoga. The online classes include mostly seated poses so they are suitable for all ages and abilities and anyone sitting at home or in the office!
