<div>My name is Jamie Bryant. I’m of mixed ancestry, Liǧʷiɫdax̌ʷ, European, and Polish. The daughter of Pauline Bryant, granddaughter of Gertrude Nye, and great-granddaughter of Pauline Assu. I’m also a mother of a 6-year-old and an Indigenous social work student at the University of Victoria, deeply committed to creating meaningful change for our people.

Our efforts are especially focused on concerns surrounding the treatment of staff at the Tsa-kwa-luten Healing Centre, as well as broader issues involving the Nation’s operations and businesses.
