<div>Nous sommes trois jeunes Françaises, Eve, Pauline et Louise. Tout juste diplômées, nous avons décidé de partir faire du bénévolat en Tanzanie pendant un mois, le cœur ouvert.

<div>À partir du 18 septembre, nous rejoindrons Thomas et son équipe <strong>à</strong> <strong>Mwanza pour soutenir l'école Mlekwa, une école maternelle communautaire qui accueille des enfants orphelins, des enfants vulnérables et des enfants issus de familles très défavorisées.</strong>

<div>L'école est soutenue par <strong><em>MCYO</em></strong> (<em>Mlekwa Child and Youth Organization</em>), une organisation locale à but non lucratif fondée en 2018 par Thomas Ardoph, un enseignant engagé et passionné par l'éducation. Depuis plusieurs années, MCYO œuvre quotidiennement pour offrir un avenir meilleur aux enfants et aux jeunes les plus vulnérables.

<div>Aujourd'hui, l'école manque cruellement de ressources pour offrir un environnement d'apprentissage digne, sûr et adapté à leurs besoins.
</div>

<div>Au cours de ce mois de volontariat, nous participerons à des actions très concrètes :

<li>Enduire et peindre les salles de classe
</li>
<li>Rénover certaines parties du bâtiment (toit, sol, murs, etc.)
</li>
<li>Meubler les espaces avec du mobilier adapté
</li>
<li>Fournir du matériel pédagogique aux enfants
</li>

<div>Grâce à cette collecte de fonds, nous espérons récolter des fonds qui seront utilisés directement sur place, selon les besoins communiqués par Thomas :

<div>Hello everyone !

<div>We are three young French women, Eve, Pauline, and Louise. Having just graduated, we decided to volunteer in Tanzania for a month, with open hearts.
</div>

</div>
<div>Starting on September 18, we will join Thomas and his team <strong>in Mwanza to support Mlekwa School, a community preschool that welcomes orphaned children, vulnerable children, and children from very disadvantaged families.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The school is supported by <strong><em>MCYO</em></strong> (<em>Mlekwa Child and Youth Organization</em>), a local non-profit organization founded in 2018 by Thomas Ardoph, a teacher who is committed to and passionate about education. For several years, MCYO has been working every day to offer a better future to the most vulnerable children and young people.

<div>Today, the school is sorely lacking the resources to provide a dignified, safe, and appropriate learning environment for their needs.
</div>

<div>During this month of volunteering, we will participate in very concrete actions:
</div>

<li>Plastering and painting classrooms
</li>
<li>Renovating certain parts of the building (roof, floor, walls, etc.)
</li>
<li>Furnishing the spaces with suitable furniture
</li>
<li>Providing educational materials for the children
</li>
</ul>

<div>With this fundraiser, we hope to collect funds that will be used directly on site, according to the needs communicated by Thomas:

<li>School supplies and equipment for the children
</li>

<div>All funds will be transferred to Thomas, the local project manager, via secure bank transfer. <strong>Every euro/dollar raised will go directly toward improving the daily lives of children.</strong>

<div>This is a project that is very close to our hearts. We know that we are not going to change the world in a month, but thanks to you, we hope to build a more beautiful, safer, and happier place for these children.
