I am asking for help for legal fees to retain an attorney for emergency guardianship, as well as traveling expenses, as I reside in N.C., and he in Ohio. Several days ago a couple of videos were circulating on social media of my son being physically abused by staff members. I posted the news coverage and a picture of myself and Jamie when he first initially went into the states care.

<div>A little back story of Jamie. I share 2 kids with Jamie's dad. Years ago Trumbull County Courts separated my children and Jamie was awarded to his dad. This is the time I relocated to N.C. Several years ago Jamie wandered off from family, which is how the state became involved. No one notified me of any of this. By the time I caught wind of the situation I I rushed to Ohio and tried to take this before the Judge, only to be told "No". I have tried for years to get my son here to N.C.

<div>I have contacted numerous agencies, over the years, only to be told that I have to contact his guardian, which I have, many times .  Every time I asked for my son, the answer was "No".    There is so much more to our story, just too lengthy to share.  Thank you all who took the time to hear my story and another thank you for those who may donate.
