<div>On July 16th, our basement was flooded with raw sewage due to a main sewer line backup. The damage was extensive — destroying flooring, furniture, and personal belongings, and leaving behind hazardous conditions.

<div>We immediately contacted the city, but they have denied liability. To make matters worse, our homeowner’s insurance claim was also denied, leaving us to cover the entire cost out of pocket.

<div>We’ve been quoted $75,000 for everything needed to safely restore our home, including:
