<div>My name is Trent Ford. I received the grace of a liver transplant on May 30th, 2020. The love of my life, Natalie Cohen, is my caregiver and fought to save my life.
</div>

<div>Over the last two years, we have been drawn to help others in a similar position- To share our experience, provide hope, offer compassion and to help guide people through the process. It is an involved and taxing road and we have found success being there for others. At our core, we host online support groups and provide ongoing one-on-one counseling and patient advocacy, amongst other things.

<div>The demand continues to grow and we are at a point where it is clear that there is so much more we could do with the right resources and the ability to devote our time more fully to this cause.

<div>One major aspect of this, is the explosion of need for liver transplant due to alcoholism (AUD) and other forms of addiction. This is only possible through careful guidance and a profound change in a person's life. This is a mandatory requirement from all transplant centers. Here we have found ourselves to be particularly effective.

<div>Regardless of reason, a transplant life requires an embrace of great change- for both patient and caregiver. It is a marvelous fresh opportunity when taken as such. <em>A second chance</em>.

It will be named <strong>RELIVE</strong> with the Phoenix as our logo- renewal, rebirth, regeneration. A symbol of new life out of the ashes of our previous one- brighter, full of hope.
