<div>I engaged in self-paced training and worked with my team despite being a very challenging job schedule where I could only work asynchronously, but they were very accommodating to make sure I was able to contribute and learn. What stood out most was being mentored and coached by people with lived experience, designing with them, not just for them, and realizing how much responsibility we as designers have to make things right long term.
