<div>It's that time of year again for MEI's Fall Fundraiser and we're going BIG for our FINAL SLIMEFEST! This year, we're changing things up. Our goal is PARTICIPATION. We want to get more MEI'ers involved in giving, no matter the amount!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>FIRST, LET'S TALK ABOUT WHO WE'RE HELPING!</strong>
</div>
<div>This year, we're supporting the Gary Sinise Foundation's R.I.S.E. Program, which builds specially adapted, mortgage-free homes for our nation's most severely wounded veterans.
</div>
<div>We're specifically rallying around U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant (Ret.) <a href="https://www.garysinisefoundation.org/stories/hero/tyler-vargas-andrews" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Tyler Vargas-Andrews</a>. In August 2021, Tyler was helping evacuate people from the Kabul airport in Afghanistan when a suicide bomber attacked. Tyler lost his right arm and left leg, endured more than 45 surgeries, and continues to rebuild his life. Tyler's story is one of incredible resilience, and his heart for serving others hasn't changed. As he says, "Helping People Is All I've Ever Wanted to Do."

</div>
<div><strong>HOW TO PARTICIPATE</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>Option 1: </strong>Give to the Gary Sinise Foundation's RISE.
</div>
<ul>
<li>Donate any amount right here through our GoFundMe!
</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Option 2</strong>: Give Through MEI's Payroll Deduction
</div>
<ul>
<li>Start or increase a Payroll Recurring Donation (PRD) to a charity of your choice. MEI will make a one-time gift to RISE equal to 10X your new or increased per-paycheck donation! Example: $10/paycheck = $100 from MEI to RISE!
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THE BIG SLIME CHALLENGE!</strong>
</div>
<div>75% employee participation: Rick gets the traditional TWO-BUCKET SLIMING!
</div>
<div>90% employee participation: Rick goes into the SLIME DUNK TANK!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>MORE WAYS TO WIN!</strong>
</div>
<div>Every employee who gives earns one Golden Plinko drawing ticket.
</div>
<div>Join daily fundraising events to earn additional tickets.
</div>
<div>Golden Plinko winners will DOUBLE their Plinko prize at our Continuous Improvement lunch on November 18!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every gift counts toward our goal, no matter the amount.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Give what you can, join the fun, and help us make this final Slimefest one to remember!
