She is in end stage renal failure, has gastroparesis, hypertension, blind in one eye, is constantly in the hospital with infections in her port, barely survived Encephalitis, and has now broken her leg in two places after multiple infections in her hip.

<div>She has been trying to start the process of getting on the donor list but with the failures of our healthcare system and the constant hospitalizations she is not getting very far. Her husband is donating plasma to make ends meet because he is her primary caregiver and she has to do hemodialysis 5-6 times a week. My family has done everything we can; running up credit cards just to buy plane tickets to the transplant hospital in Tampa just for them to tell her they can't help her till she fixes her other health problems.
