<div>I wrapped production this winter on my first professional short film, <strong>DOLORES</strong>. Finishing this film is me keeping a promise to my younger self to become a filmmaker that tells the stories of the people around me, stories that are often untold or overlooked.

<div><strong>DOLORES is a human story about love and what broken systems do to a family and community. </strong>It's inspired by my time in politics, where I saw families split apart by policies and paperwork. With everything happening today, it felt like it's time to tell those stories through the medium I’ve loved my whole life: filmmaking.

<div>The film is shot and currently being edited. Now I can use some help to finish post, because as many artists can tell you, it gets expensive....
