<div>I’ve come to believe that true mental health support goes far beyond just talking about our struggles. It’s a whole-person approach. It’s being part of something bigger than ourselves. It’s learning the tools to help not just ourselves, but each other.

<div>Getting young people active, giving them the qualifications and confidence to support others. It’s all connected. The body affects the mind.

<div>~We've helped fund over 500 councilling sessions in our local community

<div>~We've helped fund and introduce over 700 children and adults into sporting programmes aiding their mental and physical health

<div>~We've helped fund and educate over 200 teenagers in mental health training at OCN level-2
</div>

<div>This 200-mile challenge is going to be a real struggle. I've set this goal with a lot of nervousness. If it was easy, then would it really be a challenge? However, it will show that life is tough, but it will remind people that they’re never alone. With that said, any support out there will be greatly appreciated.
