<div>My name is Ayreka Plowden, and I’m a 35-year-old widow raising two beautiful boys—William (10) and Cory II (8). They are my everything, and my biggest motivation to get healthier and stronger.

<div>Over the years, I’ve faced many health challenges, including arthritis in my back, hips, and legs, plantar fasciitis, and multiple slipped/bulging discs. These conditions make even daily tasks painful, and they’ve taken away some of the activities I love. On top of that, I’m working to lower my blood pressure and fight against a family history of congestive heart failure.

<div>The next step in my journey is returning to the HealthPlex Gym, where I’ll have access to water aerobics and other pool-based exercises that are safe for my body and will help me rebuild my strength and mobility. I also hope to renew my alkaline water subscription with Prima Elements, which has helped me in the past stay hydrated and energized.
