Our beautiful Charlotte Pereira is not even 2 years old, and she is facing a battle no child should ever have to fight—brain cancer. What should be days filled with laughing, exploring and playing with her big sister, Emmie, has turned into a journey of hospital stays, treatments, and unimaginable challenges.

Charlotte’s Diagnosis & The Fight Ahead:

Charlotte was recently diagnosed with a rare, aggressive and inoperable brain tumor called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), and as anyone can imagine it has turned her family's world upside down. Her parents, Kristine and Kevin never imagined that their lives would be upended in such an unexpected and dire manner as they and Charlotte prepare for the long fight through radiation, surgeries, and exhausting medical treatments.

But through it all, Charlotte remains a warrior—her bright spirit and incredible strength inspire everyone around her as she boldly states through a smile, “I got this”. She may be small, but her will is strong and her fight, mighty.

As you can imagine, the emotional and financial burden on the Pereira family is overwhelming. Medical bills, specialized treatments, and lost income from taking time off to be by Charlotte’s side are piling up quickly.
