<div>A few years ago I was around 20 stone, stuck in unhealthy cycles, drinking too much, binge eating, and with a poor relationship with both food and myself.
</div>

<div>I didn’t wake up one day magically motivated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I started with small changes.
</div>
<div>Better choices.
</div>
<div>More movement.
</div>
<div>More structure.
</div>
<div>More accountability.
</div>

</div>
<div>Over time, those small changes added up.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I lost over 60lbs, rebuilt my life, and eventually qualified as a Personal Trainer in early 2022. In 2024 I moved fully into online fitness and nutrition coaching, now helping others do the same.

</div>
<div>Since then I’ve completed multiple half marathons, a sprint triathlon, and a 50km ultramarathon.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In 2026 I’m taking on my biggest endurance challenge yet.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On June 13th, I will be attempting a 70-mile ultramarathon in support of the mental health charity Mind.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Alongside this, I am also preparing for my first bodybuilding competition in May, with the potential to qualify for the PCA Universe one week later. This is a separate personal challenge, but the fundraising is specifically for the 70-mile ultramarathon and for Mind.
</div>

</div>
<div>I’ve chosen to push myself this year not for sympathy or attention, but because I’m in a place where I can push myself.
</div>

</div>
<div>And I know how lucky that is.
</div>

</div>
<div>Mental health has played a huge role in my own journey, and I see daily through coaching how many people quietly battle with their head while trying to improve their health.
</div>

</div>
<div>If my suffering over 70 miles can raise money and awareness for people who are genuinely struggling, then it’s more than worth it.
</div>
