<div>On Monday 7th &amp; Tuesday 8th April 2025, Ian Conlan, the Mayor of Malton Town Council, is set to embark on an ambitious 50 mile charity run in aid of Paths 4 Everyone (P4E), Ryedale Environment Group. He also has a personal ambition to attempt to double it to 100!!!!!

<div><br />
</div>
<div>“This endeavour to run between 50 and 100 miles is a culmination of over five years of preparation. 50 miles is the distance of the entire route around the P4E Market Town Circular, which I will attempt to do twice over the 2 days. I am also thrilled to announce that the Malton Town Councillors have voted to support the P4E initiative with a grant dedicated to constructing a new section around Broughton Woods, which has recently been completed. My goal is to raise over £1,000 for an ongoing Maintenance Fund, ensuring that these paths remain accessible for the long term.”
