<div>Lili is our cheerful 18-month-old daughter. Behind her smile lies a difficult struggle: she suffers from SPG50, an extremely rare genetic disease. This condition affects her brain and muscles, and without treatment she will lose the ability to walk, speak, and live independently.

</div>
<div>Yet Lili does not give up… she is learning to babble, pulling herself up, and trying to take her first steps.

<div>There is hope: a new gene therapy could stop or slow down the disease and give her a future. With your support, we want to give Lili access to this treatment.
