<div>This cause is deeply personal. My father-in-law is living with Alzheimer’s, and every lap I run is in his honor—and for the countless others facing this disease and the loved ones that care for them.

<div>But this is about more than just the run. I also want to inspire people to take action on their own health and lead by example—by moving more, eating well, and encouraging the people they love to do the same.
