<div>I Remember Forgetting is a student graduation short film about grief, memory, and the stories we tell ourselves to survive loss.
</div>

</div>
<div>The film follows Wayne, a widower suffering from trauma-induced amnesia, as he attends psychiatric sessions in an attempt to remember his wife’s final moments. As his memories begin to resurface, they fracture and overlap — blending his abusive childhood with the death of his wife — forcing him to confront a truth he has buried deep within himself.

</div>
<div>At its core, I Remember Forgetting explores how unresolved trauma reshapes memory, how guilt manifests as self-protection, and how forgetting can sometimes feel safer than remembering. It’s a quiet, character-driven story set largely within intimate spaces, relying on performance, atmosphere, and emotional realism rather than spectacle.
