<div>My name is Ixy, and I am writing this on behalf of my family. On May 12, 2026, <strong>our world was turned upside down when our dad, Jesus Hernandez, was detained by ICE.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Our dad is a single dad of 6 kids with another on the way, and two of which are currently serving as Marines. <strong>Our dad is everything to us.</strong> He’s the hardest worker I know, and he is the anchor of our family. We are doing everything we can to stay strong for each other, but the truth is, we are terrified. We need our dad, and he needs a lawyer.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We know that fighting an immigration case requires strong legal counsel, but as a family with six kids, we don't have the savings to afford an immigration attorney on our own. We have connected with a lawyer who believes our dad has a strong case to stay with us, but <strong>we urgently need to raise the retainer fee to get them working on his release.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We want to be completely transparent about how your generosity will help us:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Legal Retainer &amp; Representation: To officially hire the attorney to represent our dad in court.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Immigration Bond: To pay the bond amount set by the judge so our dad can return home to care for us while his legal case continues.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Our Household Survival: To help us pay for groceries and keep the lights on while our dad is detained and unable to earn a living.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Our dad has spent his whole life protecting us. Now, it is our turn to fight for him. Please help us bring him home where he belongs. Any donation, no matter how small, gives us hope. If you can’t donate, please share our story.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for standing with our family.
