<div>Melva’s family and friends back home in Jamaica have been deeply affected by Hurricane Melissa. Many have lost parts of their homes, crops, and belongings, and some areas are still struggling with limited access to clean water, electricity, and food.

<div>I recently reconnected with my Jamaican family after many years, and through that, I’ve also gotten to know Melva. When she told me about the situation and the challenges her community is facing, I wanted to help her set up this GoFundMe so that more people could contribute and support directly.
