<div>Our Mission: Restoring Dignity, Rebuilding Lives, Transforming Communities
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every day, women in Tanzania face unimaginable challenges — poverty, gender-based violence, lack of education, and limited access to safe opportunities. Many are left without support, without a voice, and without hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Seed Grant Impact (SGI) exists to change that.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We work directly in vulnerable communities to restore dignity, strengthen resilience, and create real pathways out of hardship. Guided by the Reflective Leadership Approach, we walk with survivors of gender-based violence and women living in extreme poverty — helping them heal, rebuild, and rise.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What We Do
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Identify and support survivors
</div>
<div>We meet women where they are — often in crisis — and help them regain safety, stability, and emotional strength.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Build empowerment groups
</div>
<div>Women come together to share their stories, receive psychological support, and learn to see themselves as capable, powerful agents of change.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Provide practical skills and business training
</div>
<div>We offer financial literacy, entrepreneurship lessons, and hands-on training so women can start small businesses and generate stable income.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Offer micro-loans and startup support
</div>
<div>With small grants, women open shops, run market stalls, produce food items, or start tailoring businesses — becoming financially independent and proud of their achievements.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Strengthen communities
</div>
<div>Empowered women create empowered families. Empowered families create peaceful, thriving communities.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Why Your Support Matters
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When you donate to SGI, you are not just giving money —
</div>
<div>you are giving a woman her life back.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your contribution helps a survivor of violence heal.
</div>
<div>It helps a mother feed her children.
</div>
<div>It helps a young girl stay in school.
</div>
<div>It helps an entire community break the cycle of poverty and abuse.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✨ With your help, women rise. Families rise. Communities rise.
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By supporting SGI, you become part of a growing movement that believes in dignity, justice, and equal opportunities for all women.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, we turn pain into power.
</div>
<div>Together, we create lasting change.
