Top surgery for me (as someone assigned female at birth) involves the removal of breast tissue to achieve a flatter, more 'masculine' looking chest. My chest is something that causes me a lot of discomfort and I'm currently having to wear a binder (a sort of compression garment worn under clothes to create the aesthetic of a flatter chest) almost every day, leading to a lot of back pain and sometimes even difficulty breathing. I have been saving up for a while now but as the cost of top surgery can be between $10,000-$20,000, I have been really struggling to save enough. Any money you are able to donate will be deeply appreciated and will go towards a happier me!
