<div>Thank you for taking the time to read this. On Tuesday, March 31, our father was detained and taken by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to help with legal fees and cover basic living expenses for our family during this difficult time. Some of you may have seen my painting, “The New American Gothic,” and are aware that my parents are the subjects. My father has lived in the United States for over 30 years and has always provided for our family. He is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and the hardest working person I know. He has spent all of his adulthood building a life for himself and his family, working tirelessly to ensure that his children would have a good life as American citizens.
