<div>We are Brian Cantor and Brooke Welsch, your neighbors from 1 Tiffany Place, and we are very excited to be organizing the 9th annual Tiffany Place Block Party!
</div>

<div>After consulting with the buildings on Tiffany Place, including 1 Tiffany, 20 Tiffany, 29 Tiffany, 42 Tiffany, 60 Tiffany and 63 Tiffany, as well as the <a href="https://columbiastreetwaterfront.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Columbia Street Waterfront Association</a>, we have received a great deal of support and encouragement to organize the block party again.

<div>Last year we raised a record $6,931 that helped support the following:

<li>Inflatables, including the <a href="https://www.partyjamparties.com/category/inflatable-slides/108/18-ft-double-lane-whacky-slide" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">18 ft Double Lane Whacky Slide</a> and <a href="https://www.partyjamparties.com/category/interactive/117/bungee-run-2-lane#BodyContent" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">2 Lane Bungee Run</a>
</li>
<li>Al Gori’s Famous <a href="https://homespunmerrygoround.net/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Homespun Merry-Go-Round</a>
</li>
<li><a href="https://www.mariafacepainter.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Face Painting by the wonderful Maria</a> from 12 pm to 3 pm
</li>
<li>Photo booth and party enhancements from neighbor Daniel Matos who owns <a href="https://www.easypzpartyrentals.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Easy PZ Party Rentals</a>

<li>Snacks and water
</li>

<div>Please consider donating $40 per family to help fund the block party!

<div>In addition to the above fun things and activities, the block party will feature:

<li>Tunes from 63 Tiffany's very own <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@DjpandemicNYC" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">DjpandemicNYC</a>

<div>As always, we encourage you to bring your own personal flavor to the block party festivities such as pot luck, grilling, stoop sales and games.
</div>

<div>A few other things of note:
</div>
<ul>
<li>The 2026 Tiffany Place Block Party is being solely funded by you via this GoFundMe campaign, not any other organization or entity.
</li>
<li>If there are any unspent funds, we will save them for the next block party or donate them to charity. If the block party is canceled, all donations will be returned.
</li>
<li>There is no charge for admission, so a donation is not required to partake in the fun. EVERYONE is welcome!
</li>
<li>There will be no parking on Tiffany Place from 10 am to 7 pm on the day of the block party.
</li>
